A Street Stunner: Tamiya Mazda3 TT-02 Kit
It's amazing to see the level of scale detail evolve in on-road R/C car bodies. In fact, the last few releases from Tamiya could be mistaken for 1:1 scale cars. Keeping this trend alive, their latest model is no different.
Continuing their rollout of licensed replicas, Tamiya has announced their RC Mazda3 kit which is built on the TT-02 chassis. Capturing the smooth visual lines of the 1:1 Mazda 3 in 1/10-scale format, this radio-controlled model should also mimic the precise handling and performance of the full-scale model as well.
Featuring four-wheel drive and the tried-and-true TT-02 chassis, this car should be a joy to drive or build into a custom showcar. In the looks department, I think Tamiya did an amazing job with replicating the fine details and overall body lines of the Mazda3.
Although this kit includes a clear body, the set includes a detailed decal sheet complete with grille, mirror, and other body accent decals to give your 1/10-scale build a real 1:1 feel.
