Axial's New "Bomb" R/C: the Bomber RR10 Rock Racer

By: Tim Gluth
What started as a teased/leaked image in a Tower Hobbies catalog has lead to a new radio-controlled Rock racer from Axial. Teaming with  Bomber Fabrication's Randy Slawson, the Axial Bomber RR10, an off-road and off-trail beast, may look like a revamped Wraith, but appearances can be deceiving.
With a front-mounted battery tray that is set up to allow for quick access and battery swapping, high/low transmission, sway bar mount (for an optional, additional performance component), aluminum King shocks, and scale details to top it off, this is one amazing-to-look at vehicle. But this wasn’t meant to be a shelf queen. Oh no, this is a rock racer at it’s core.

With their recent detour into scale off-road racing machines, Axial is showing that they have performance chops to go along with their scale detail prowess.  I’m personally very interested in this vehicle and hope to get a closer look at one when they arrive at my local shop.
