Kyosho Ultima 2wd, 1/0-scale Buggy Kit
Kyosho has added an updated model to their Ultima lineup with the introduction of the Ultima RB7. This 2-wheel drive, 1/10-scale buggy is an assembly kit designed for on-track performance.
A few of the improvements over Ultima RB6.6 include suspension improvements (by way of larger shock cap holes and a new front suspension arm), a redesigned/low center-of-gravity gearbox, and a shorter wheelbase.
Cornering speed and handling should be improved thanks to the shortened wheelbase, which is 4mm less than the RB6.6. The steering knuckle has also seen refinements, allowing for a larger turning radius.
Among the items required to complete the build of this buggy are a steering servo, motor, tires and tire foams, a 2.4GHz radio system (2-channel or greater), an electronic speed control (ESC), batteries (for the buggy as well as the radio system), polycarbonate paint, and tools.
