Spektrum has introduced a new 5-channel R/C transmitter that's designed specifically for the scaler and crawler scene. The DX5 Rugged may look like a standard pistol-grip-style radio, but it's packed with features to help you make the most out of your next outdoor adventure.

Featuring a durable, water-resistant case, the DX5 Rugged is made to withstand the elements of the outdoors. The steering wheel features an aggressively-styled rubber grip and the thumb-steer knob also allows for easy, one-handed driving. A hidden tool compartment allows you to store a wheel lug wrench for quick trail repairs.

A large LCD screen and capacitive-touch buttons provide quick access to settings and adjustments while on the go. Included with the transmitter is a Spektrum SR515 5-channel receiver.
