What to Expect from the 2019 Nuremberg Toy Fair

One of the largest industry events of the year, the Nuremberg Toy Fair, kicks off today and runs through the upcoming weekend. While this toy fair will feature a variety of players, there will be some familiar names from the R/C world in attendance.

Tamiya is expected to announce a fleet of new models, with a "Red Edition" of the Lunchbox, a Comical Hornet, a Ford Mustang GT4 among the highlights. But aside from Tamiya, will there be other well-known names from the R/C industry in attendance? The answer is yes.

After skimming the exhibitor list for this year's event, I came across a number of names that I recognized. From the hobby-grade arena, Tamiya, Traxxas, HRC Distribution and Kyosho will all feature exhibits as will New Bright RC and Nikko.

This event can serve as the launching point for new models and accessories, and if the Tamiya releases are any indication, the next few days could offer some fun R/C news.
